Absaroka Capital is a Montana State University student-led venture fund that leverages its unique position within the Montana entrepreneurial ecosystem to source and support early-stage startups across the 406. Structured as a 501(c)(3) philanthropic evergreen fund, we focus on pre-seed investments and are industry agnostic, while naturally leaning toward sectors aligned with Montana’s regional strengths due to our geographic focus. Typical investments range from $15k to $30k using SAFE, by recycling returns to sustain future student-led investments and entrepreneurial education at MSU.
